Job Role:

Area Sales Executive

Location:

Pune, Solapur, North Goa

Key Features:

• Manage distributor performance and claims

• Drive primary and secondary sales targets

• Territory mapping and route planning

• Workforce productivity tracking and training

• Ensure product visibility and availability

• Scheme implementation and merchandising

Qualification:
Any Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

Skills:

• FMCG sales experience mandatory

• Distribution management and general trade handling

• Proficiency in SFA tools and MS Excel

• Team management and productivity tracking

• Strong planning and execution capability

Eligibility:

Candidates with 4-9 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably with exposure to distributor and territory management.

Requirement:

Ability to handle distributor networks, drive sales, execute schemes, and manage secondary sales with hands-on experience in FMCG.

Basic Salary:

INR 3 – 7 LPA (as per skills and experience)
